Exploring Kosovo with Kushtrim

Kushtrim, a native of Prizren, Kosovo, nurtured a deep love for the outdoors from a young age.  He now shares his passion for his country’s natural beauty with others, inspiring them to explore and appreciate the great outdoors.

Growing up in Prizren, Kosovo, with the majestic Sharr Mountains as his backyard, Kushtrim developed a deep love for the outdoors from a young age. As a teenager, he eagerly embarked on a series of unforgettable outdoor adventures. From hiking along nearby city trails to camping in remote wilderness, from trudging up mountains after school and on weekends to cycling around the hills of Prizren, Kushtrim immersed himself in nature, cherishing each moment and nurturing his passion for the great outdoors. 

Now, as an adult, that love for his country has never faded. He can often be spotted exploring the mountains with his friends and colleagues, armed with his camera and drone. He might be swimming in the refreshing waters of waterfalls or glacial lakes nestled in the majestic Sharr Mountains or the notorious Accursed Mountains. His passion for promoting his beloved country is evident in every adventure he undertakes. 

As an avid outdoorsman and outdoor enthusiast, Kushtrim dedicates his time to exploring the great outdoors, both in Kosovo and beyond. He passionately shares his outdoor adventures with others, eager to inspire and captivate them with his unique stories and hidden gems. Now, with over 15 years of experience in the mountains & well-equipped with his Highlander products, Kushtrim takes immense pleasure in providing visitors with an authentic and immersive experience of his beloved country, allowing them to connect with nature and immerse themselves in its beauty.
