HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

This size chart indicates the body measurements Highlander garments are designed to fit. Please measure yourself as described below, and use the size chart to find your size.

Chest: measure around your chest at the widest part. The tape measure should pass under your arms, and be level from front to back.

Arm Length: measure from your shoulder down to your wrist.

Waist: measure around your waist at the narrowest part.

Inside Leg: measure from your crotch to just below your ankle.

Hips: standing with your feet together, measure around your hips at the widest part.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

WE SHIP FROM LIVINGSTON, SCOTLAND
If you're in the UK, we aim to have your order shipped out from our warehouse the next working day. If you're in the EU, we use standard DPD service delivery times. Please note, due to the wide range of shipping costs worldwide, we are only selling and shipping to UK and select EU countries at this time.

UK

Royal Mail Standard delivery charges apply to orders under £20

Free Royal Mail Standard delivery is offered for orders over £20

Next Day Tracked Delivery with DPD is offered at a charge of £6 per order - this can be selected at checkout.

We are only open Monday - Friday and any orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered by DPD on the Saturday.

EU and other countries

Standard DPD charges apply for orders under €100.

Free DPD delivery is offered for orders over €100.

Delivery price for specific countries appears at checkout.

If the order is placed before 12pm GMT, we will ship on the day. Otherwise it will be shipped the following day at the earliest collection time possible.

All UK orders are subject to Royal Mail delivery times and schedules.

All EU orders are subject to DPD delivery times and schedules for individual EU countries.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Although we make an attempt to stay open during UK bank holidays, orders made over any UK bank holiday period might be delayed, and we will not refund any postage costs for the delays incurred. Please make your Christmas orders at least one business week before Christmas day.

RETURNS

IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOU HIGHLANDER PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN IT.

We hope you are happy with your Highlander experience, but if you aren’t satisfied with any of the items you ordered, you can return them to us for a full refund, please CLICK HERE to get in touch with us and fill in the form.

30 days Return Policy

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
